Projects template
A simple project plan in five phases, from agreeing the scope to client sign-off. Each phase is a list of tasks with an owner and a due date, not a chart to maintain.
No account and no email needed. Opens in Excel or Google Sheets.
Five phases as groups, with the tasks most projects forget already written in: agreeing what is out of scope, naming one owner per task, and a recurring weekly progress check. It is a task list, not a chart you have to keep feeding.
Small projects fail at the edges, not in the middle. Scope was never written down, two people each thought the other owned a task, and the weekly check got skipped in the busy week when it mattered most.
What that looks like
Teams running projects small enough that a full project-management tool is more work than the project.
Group is the project phase: Scope, Plan, Do the work, Review and Hand over. Status and priority already use the product's own fixed values, so they map without edits.
Download the CSV
It opens in Excel or Google Sheets. Edit the tasks first if you like, or import it as it is.

Set due dates working back from the deadline. Where one task depends on another, note it in the description: dependencies are advisory and do not block a task.
Every task in the file, grouped by phase. Owner and due date are left blank on purpose.

Business-workflow. The phrasing is used by people looking for a project structure to copy, which is what this page gives them.

No. TaskSiddhi has no Timeline or Gantt view, and this template does not assume one. Phases are groups and dates are due dates, which is why the plan takes minutes to maintain rather than hours.
See boards and viewsNo. You can note a dependency in the description, but dependencies are advisory in TaskSiddhi: they warn, they do not stop a task being completed.
Five is enough for most projects under a few months. If a phase holds more than about fifteen tasks, split it; if two phases always move together, merge them.
No. There is no guest access or client share link, so the board stays internal. Share progress by sending an update rather than a link.
See client workKeep this file as your starting point and re-import it for each new project. Editing the CSV once is faster than rebuilding the board each time.
