Cancelling

Cancel at any time from the billing settings in your workspace. Your workspace moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.

Export your boards to CSV or Excel at any time, on every plan, up to 10,000 rows per export.

Refunds

[Founder and counsel to decide, and billing to implement identically: whether the current month is refunded pro rata, in full, or not at all. This page must say exactly what billing does (§C.1 row 27).]

Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged twice or charged in error, write to [email protected] and we will refund the extra amount to the original payment method.
