Your data
You should not have to trust a promise to get your own data back. Here is exactly what comes out, in which format, and what we have not decided yet.
A board export carries the rows you see on the board: task name, group, status, priority, assignee, dates, and the fields you have filled in. Opening it in a spreadsheet gives you a readable table, not a dump you need a developer to interpret.
How much notice you would get before the service closed, and how long your data would stay available after it, are not published. They belong in the terms of service, which are still in draft and under legal review. We would rather leave this blank here than put a number on it that nobody has agreed to.
When those terms are reviewed, the notice period will be in them and this page will say what it is. Until then, the practical answer is the one above: export whenever you want, in a format you can open yourself, without asking us.
Tell us what you needed and could not get: [email protected]. A gap in an export is a bug, and we would rather hear about it than have you work around it.
