Your account
You can delete your TaskSiddhi profile yourself, from inside the product, without asking anyone. This page says where the control is, what it removes, what it leaves behind, and what to do if you cannot sign in.
Open Settings
Sign in to TaskSiddhi and open Settings from the Admin section at the bottom of the left sidebar.
Go to My Profile
Settings opens on Profile & Company. My Profile is the first item in it.
Find Delete Account
It is the last panel on that page, below Notification Batching, and it is the only one outlined in red.
Read what will happen
The dialog lists what is removed and what your organization keeps. It is worth reading: nothing on it can be undone afterwards.
Type the confirmation
The dialog shows your email address and workspace name. Type them in exactly as shown, then choose Delete my profile.
Deleting your profile removes you from TaskSiddhi. It is permanent: there is no restore, and no one here can put a deleted profile back.
The work stays with the workspace. Boards, tasks, comments and time entries belong to the organization that owns the workspace rather than to the person who typed them, so leaving does not take your team's record of its own jobs away from it.
If other people use the workspace, the workspace and its contents are not deleted — only your own profile is. If you are its only member, you are asked to confirm deleting the workspace as well.
Activity-log entries are kept for 30 days after deletion, so an organization can still account for what happened in its own workspace.
Export your boards to CSV or Excel at any time, up to 10,000 rows per export.
Do it before you delete, not after. Once the profile is gone the export is the only copy you will have, and a board you exported on the way out is easier to hand over than one you have to ask a colleague to find.
Write to [email protected] from the email address on the account, and say which workspace it belongs to. We reply within one business day.
We will ask you to confirm the request from that address before anything is deleted. An email asking us to delete someone's account is not, on its own, evidence that it came from them.
This is the same right the privacy policy describes: you can ask us to access, correct or erase the personal data we hold about you, whether or not you can still reach the product.
