Guides for running a team's work.

Short, practical and written for owners and managers of teams of 5 to 30. Each one works on paper first; the board just makes it easier.

TaskSiddhi is the same product in every country. This page is written for readers in the UK: the region named in the copy, the spelling and the language signal search engines read are what differ — not the features, the fair-use limits or the behaviour of the product.

What is a kanban boardA kanban board is a way of showing work as cards that move through stages, so anyone can see what is waiting, what is being worked on and what is finished. This guide covers the parts of a board, the rules that make it work, and how to set up your first one.More on what is a kanban board
How to delegate tasksMost delegation fails after the hand-off, not during it. This guide covers what to delegate, how to write a hand-off someone can act on, and how to follow up without chasing people or doing the work yourself.More on how to delegate tasks

When someone keeps missing deadlinesMost missed deadlines are not a discipline problem. They are a visibility problem: the date lived in one person's head, nobody was nudged before it passed, and the manager found out a day late. Here is how to tell the two apart, and what to change.More on when someone keeps missing deadlines
