Free Forever applies fair-use limits on things like workspace members, file storage and invites per day, so that one very large workspace cannot slow the service for everyone else. Custom raises them for your team.

We publish a number here only once the product enforces it, so that this page can be relied on rather than read as marketing. If a limit affects you before then, ask us and you will get a straight answer.
