Planning template
Plan the team's week one day at a time: what slipped from last week, the three goals that matter, and a Friday close-out so nothing carries over by accident.
No account and no email needed. Opens in Excel or Google Sheets.
A week's worth of groups, one per working day, with a Monday carry-over review, three weekly goals and a Friday close-out already written as tasks. Status and priority use the product's own fixed values, so the file imports without edits.
Weekly planning usually happens in a meeting and then evaporates. By Wednesday nobody remembers what the week was for, and Friday arrives with half the list untouched and no record of why.
What that looks like
Small teams that plan on a weekly rhythm and want the plan to survive past Monday morning.
Group is the day of the week, plus a "This week (any day)" bucket for tasks without a fixed day. Status and priority already use the product's own fixed values, so they map without edits.
